The RFBA Buddy List is is now available to import into your Instant Messenger.  As the owners in the league change now and then you should follow these procedures to update your list every once in a while.

1. If you previously setup a group called RFBA, delete it to clear out all of the owners who are no longer part of the league.  To do this, go to IM Setup or Edit Buddy List and delete the folder called RFBA
   
2. Right-click this link and choose Save Target As.
   
3. Then save your file wherever you want, but change the filename to RFBABuddyList.blt (the BLT extension is VERY IMPORTANT)
   
   
   
4. When Download is complete, hit Open:
   
   
5. You will see a Load Buddy List dialog.  Make sure the Merge box is checked and click Load.
